Manages relationships with external recruiting vendors.
Ensures all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field, including full-cycle recruiting experience.
2 years of experience leading others either formally in a managerial role, or informally as a project or team lead.
Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
Strong understanding of talent market trends, recruiting standard processes, and employment laws.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and partners.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
