Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
Significant experience in global sales leadership, business development or commercial management within mining, process industries, automation, electrification or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies across international markets.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading global and culturally diverse teams.
Excellent commercial acumen including strategic account management, negotiations and business planning.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior customer and business leaders.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
