Role Overview
- Provide first-level technical support to employees.

Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Previous experience in user support and helpdesk.
- Knowledge of computer maintenance, networks, and information security.
- Basic to intermediate Office Suite skills.
