About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP projects (planning through stabilization).
- Serve as the focal point between business, IT, and vendors.
- Manage schedule, scope, risks, costs, and quality.
- Facilitate workshops, alignments, and governance rituals.
- Ensure adherence to project methodology and compliance.
- Produce and present executive status reports (PMO).
- Support change management and key-user training.
Requirements
- Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager in large-scale programs.
- Previous involvement in SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid).
- Ability to communicate with executive teams and business stakeholders.
- Intermediate English for reading and interacting with documentation and vendors.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or equivalent certifications (preferred).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects and/or GEP transformation programs (preferred).
- Previous experience in a corporate PMO or large consulting firms (preferred).
- Experience in multinational environments and multicultural projects (preferred).
