About this role
Role Overview
Design digital flyers and promotional materials for properties, leasing events, and company announcements.
Create engaging social media content including graphics, templates, and visual assets across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support website design updates and visual content management.
Assist with logo design, branding refreshes, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
Develop and maintain branded templates for recurring marketing needs (newsletters, announcements, signage, etc.).
Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics Manager to align creative content with advertising campaigns and ILS platform requirements.
Resize and adapt existing creative assets for use across multiple platforms and formats.
Manage and organize a digital asset library of approved graphics, logos, photos, and templates.
Support the production of virtual tours, video content, or other multimedia assets as needed.
Ensure all creative work adheres to CMG brand standards and reflects a professional, consistent image.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or equivalent) — preferred.
Proficient in Canva — required.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital design, social media content, and branding.
Experience with website content management or basic web design preferred.
Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
Strong eye for design, typography, color, and brand consistency.
Ability to take creative direction and produce work aligned with brand guidelines.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Experience in real estate, property management, or affordable housing marketing is a plus.
