SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Trainee

Role Overview

• Support the implementation, support and evolution of HR solutions.
• Participate in functional activities, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and user support.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in the mapping and understanding of HR processes (onboarding/hiring, employee movements, offboarding/termination, master/personal data).
• Assist in executing unit and integrated functional tests.
• Support functional support activities and incident analysis.
• Prepare and update functional documentation.
• Support Employee Central integrations with other modules (Payroll, Time, ERP, etc.).
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, IT, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.
• Interest in working as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and eagerness to learn.
• Clear communication and professional demeanor.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
