Own the claims process for assigned offices.
Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation.
Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices.
Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns.
Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.

At least one year of Dental Billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.); two years preferred.
Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental etc.) and Google Suite.
Problem Solver – A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
Detail-Oriented – Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills.
Self-Disciplined – Ability to work independently while meeting goals and upholding our brand promises.
