Guide Customers through Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring seamless communication, addressing feedback, and facilitating a successful and satisfactory testing process.
Self-organise and manage your work schedule throughout the year, ensuring effective future utilisation planning.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, spanning internal teams and external parties, to ensure streamlined communications and successful outcomes.
Proactively mitigate risks within the project portfolio, working closely with the Manager to solve issues.

Requirements
Technical proficiency.
An interest in technology (current role, self-study, education) with ideally the ability to programme in one language (C# / SQL knowledge would be preferred).
Some exposure or knowledge of Project Management.
A logical & critical thinker, the ability to systematically work through problems.
Detail orientated, quality driven and a meticulous planner.
Effective communicator.
