Deliver class leading process to the Lotus business.
Provide technical expertise and support for the management of issues to ensure problems are never repeated.
Manage the overall status of product related issues across new model projects and current production.
Liaise with issue owners to facilitate the swift and effective resolution of issues across the business.
Provide oversight on the issue management process to ensure robust problem-solving principles are applied.
Support issue owners with technical queries.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with DFMEA and PFMEA throughout the product lifecycle.
Proven track record of leading the resolution of complex technical issues.
Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineers, production teams, quality assurance and other relevant departments.
Knowledge of quality assurance and production processes in the automotive sector.

This role will be working from our Hethel plant, with a minimum of 3 days per week on site
