About this role
Role Overview
Identify and win new business opportunities.
Grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
Collaborate with delivery, sales, and marketing teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales in the IT or software industry.
Experience selling software development services, digital solutions, or IT staffing services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and LinkedIn for prospecting.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
