About this role
Role Overview
Design and deploy artificial intelligence solutions applied to customer relations
Qualify and prioritize opportunities for developing AI offerings
Build prototypes, proofs of concept (PoC), and demonstrators
Secure the transition from pilots to industrialized services
Monitor project progress in coordination with engineering teams
Requirements
Proven experience in contact centers, customer relations, and conversational solutions
Hands-on knowledge of AI technologies applied to customer interactions (transcription, interaction analysis, voice agents)
Strong Consultant / Product Owner stance
Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills
Professional working proficiency in English
