Own features end-to-end from framing the problem with Product to shipping and measuring impact, across onboarding, activation, dashboards, and billing/account UI
Build with an AI-first mindset using tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor
Instrument what you ship with event tracking and dashboards
Run experiments to improve activation and conversion based on real usage data
Collaborate with various teams to shape API design and pick up backend work

Strong product mindset
Experience with React
Ability to collaborate widely with teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Backend Engineers
Proficiency with event tracking and dashboards (Amplitude, Segment, BigQuery, PostHog)
Experience running A/B tests and iterating on activation and conversion
Experience mentoring other engineers
