Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a Controls Engineer to support the development of liquid cooling test racks and control panels. This role will focus on PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration for leak detection and automated control systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and program PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider)
Design and implement HMI interfaces for system monitoring and control
Integrate sensors and control logic for liquid cooling / leak detection systems
Support panel build, testing, and commissioning activities onsite
Troubleshoot and optimize control systems

Requirements:

Strong PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Electric)
HMI development experience
Experience with industrial control panels or test systems
Familiarity with I/O systems, sensors, and automation hardware
Experience with cooling systems, CDUs, or fluid systems
Commissioning / startup experience
