As an SEA Manager, you are our expert in paid search advertising and ensure performance for our clients:
Campaign management: You design, run and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max/PMax).
Performance focus: You keep KPIs (ROAS, CPO, leads) firmly in mind and continuously optimize bidding strategies and ad copy.
Strategy & setup: You set up new accounts in a structured way, conduct keyword research and develop individual SEA strategies for our SME clients.
Analysis & reporting: You use Google Analytics and the Google Ads Editor to gain deep insights and create meaningful reports for your clients.
Client consulting: You are the direct point of contact for your accounts, proactively advise on trends and ensure we always get the best outcome for the client.
Requirements
You have solid professional experience in SEA (ideally on the agency side) and have successfully managed substantial budgets.
You are highly digitally driven: you enjoy testing new features and betas and stay up to date with the Google ecosystem.
Numbers are your world: you make data-driven decisions and have a very good understanding of web analytics.
You are proficient with Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics (GA4).
You are a confident contact person for clients and have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
