Produce and distribute weekly campaign performance reports for key accounts

Proactively pitch event photography sales packages
write event recaps
update status doc (and internal doc)
post BOH events to Event Calendar
Support print production
Includes monitoring submissions
creating Guide schedule and adding events
Respond to phone and email support to readers via email and voicemail within 24 hours
Manage “General” and “Subscriber” print mailing list
Support podcast bookings process

Familiarity with interior design, home, or lifestyle space
a genuine interest and passion for the industry
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Comfort with basic analytics reporting
familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics and social media insights
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred
Proven background in marketing, client communications, community development, and production.
Hands-on experience with event planning and/or production
