Role Overview
- Ensure successful delivery of HR Digital projects
- Act as the central hub for project governance, standardization, and reporting
- Define, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks and methodologies
- Oversee the HR Digital project portfolio
- Track and report on project KPIs
- Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks
- Bridge communication between HR, IT, and business leaders
- Reinforce tool adoption and support change management initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years in PMO, project management, business analysis, or IT environments
- At least 2 years in HR/HR technology environments or as an HR business partner
- Hands-on experience with project management software, HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP), and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and French
- Ability to lead project initiatives for mixed-level audiences
- Understanding of APIs, data migration, and system integrations within HR Digital contexts
