Role Overview
- Operational HR management and workforce planning
- Ensure the resources and competencies required for site performance
- Maintain a constructive employee relations climate and support sensitive HR situations
- Lead HR transformation projects and the deployment of Workday
- Act as the HR partner to the leadership team and contribute to site projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a similar role
- Expertise in employee relations (CSE, NAO, collective bargaining) as the primary representative
- Experience supporting organizational transformations and leading change management
- Proven leadership, with the ability to establish credibility and influence managers at all levels
- Bilingual in French; professional working proficiency in English (B1/B2)
