Completed degree in Business, IT, Business Informatics, Project Management, Digitalization or a comparable qualification
Several years of project management experience – ideally in IT, digital, SaaS or AI projects
Strong technical understanding and high IT affinity
Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, automation and digital innovation
Experience managing interdisciplinary projects and teams
Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
Advantageous: experience with AI, voicebots, customer service or conversational AI
Knowledge of SaaS, platform or telecommunications solutions
Understanding of modern API, software or automation processes
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
