About this role

Support the technical project manager in planning, controlling and documenting projects
Prepare, organize and follow up meetings, workshops and project appointments
Maintain and update project plans, timelines and task lists
Create presentations, status reports and project documentation
Track tasks and open items within project teams
Support coordination with internal departments and external partners
Assist in analyzing and documenting technical requirements
Support monitoring of project progress and KPIs
Take on organizational and administrative tasks within the project environment

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable field
Interest in technical project management and digital products
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Strong organizational and communication skills
Initial experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence or similar) is a plus
Very good German and English skills (both at least C1)
