Participate in technical proposals and implementations to develop customised solutions
Project participation and collaboration with e.g. development engineers, product management and other departments
Informing and planning service information to keep our service technicians and customers well informed
Requirements
Completed technical education
Knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, mechanics or engines is an advantage
Ideally some experience on technical support, service or customer care
Enjoy solving technical challenges and working in a team environment
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented thinking
Good Swedish and English language skills
Open, honest and friendly manner
