You build successful, long-term relationships with our corporate customers.
You proactively identify where they need additional support in health or workplace safety.
You serve as the central interface and link between all our internal stakeholders.
You manage customer data and appointments directly in our portal and handle customer inquiries by email and phone efficiently and reliably.
Whether you guide new customers through a structured onboarding or participate in statutory ASA (occupational safety committee) meetings, you present yourself professionally.
You keep an eye on key metrics (such as hour allocations, legal compliance status, and customer feedback).
Requirements
You have a strong drive — you don’t wait for instructions but see what needs to be done.
Professional background: you have completed commercial vocational training or hold a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Health Management, Health Sciences, or similar).
You bring several years of experience in customer coordination, project management, consulting, or advanced service experience in a B2B environment.
You have strong communication and presentation skills (in German and English).
You keep a clear overview of customer metrics.
Knowledge in health, health management, and/or occupational health and safety is an advantage but not required.
