Site acquisition & portfolio expansion: identify market potential, source suitable parking garage and parking space locations, and develop them to decision-ready status
Network management & market presence: maintain a broad, established network with property owners, project developers, portfolio holders, and municipal decision-makers
Site evaluation & business development: analyze potential locations, assess economic viability, and develop viable operator and site concepts
Negotiation & contract closing: conduct discussions and negotiations with owners, developers and other partners confidently and with a results-oriented approach
Strategic development: monitor market trends, analyze site potentials, and derive recommendations to further develop our expansion strategy
Requirements
Proven experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development or real estate
Strong network with property owners, project developers, portfolio holders and municipal decision-makers
Experienced in off-market sourcing and able to identify opportunities
Composure, strong communication skills and negotiation confidence — including at executive and owner levels
Structured and independent working style with a strong understanding of profitability and site potential
Willingness to travel, negotiation-level German and very good English; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
