About this role
Role Overview
Provide the highest quality service and support to Grifols customers via phone
Document product inquiries or complaints in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Respond to clients within a designated timeframe regarding inquiries and complaints
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams for proper resolution and closure of regulated documentation
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Health Science or related field
Medical Technologist certificate preferred
1 year of experience in a laboratory environment
Experience in customer service facing role preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
