Evaluate new tools and in-house development solutions, including conducting pilots with objective impact metrics;
Recommend and guide architectural patterns for internal and external development teams;
Continuously assess the group's technology assets, with emphasis on cost, security, scalability, resilience and reliability;
Define architectural guardrails for the adoption of generative AI within engineering teams and business solutions;
Support initiatives to modernize legacy systems to cloud architectures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field;
Experience in technical leadership;
Advanced English;
Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Rio de Janeiro office.
Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related areas is a plus;
Certifications or courses in agile methodologies, software architecture, SAFe, DevOps culture or cloud architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert);
Experience with agent-based architectures: agent orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol), function calling/tool usage and human-in-the-loop patterns for risk-sensitive actions;
Experience with data platforms for AI: Databricks (Unity Catalog, Vector Search, MLflow), feature stores, embedding pipelines and data governance for training/inference;
Experience with Azure AI (Document Intelligence, AI Foundry, AI Search) or equivalents on other clouds;
Experience in the Insurance, Pension and/or Financial markets.
