You will take a leading role in improving controllership processes, directly supporting Executive Directors, Boards and Mission Units with high-level strategic information.
Advise senior management in preparing and presenting monthly results.
Conduct monthly meetings with Mission Unit managers.
Provide technical guidance and development to other analysts.
Lead pricing studies for courses.
Improve the budget management system.
Serve as a reference for contract and grant management.
Monitor and analyze variances by cost center, account and project.
Develop dashboards and control tools.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration, with a completed postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field.
Knowledge: Advanced budget planning
Analysis of economic and financial indicators
Preparation of budget assumptions
Pricing studies
Financial mathematics
Development and analysis of dashboards and control tools
Plus: knowledge of Power BI (differential).
