Map, analyze and redesign processes (AS-IS and TO-BE), identifying improvement opportunities
Structure and evolve workflows in workflow tools, ensuring governance and scalability
Implement automations using no-code and low-code tools
Support system enhancements in partnership with Technology and Product teams
Use Artificial Intelligence for data analysis, insight generation and productivity improvement
Define, monitor and analyze operational metrics (KPIs), proposing improvement actions
Document processes and ensure operational standardization

Experience in process mapping and redesign (BPMN or equivalent methodology)
Experience with workflow tools such as Pipefy, Monday, Jira or similar
Knowledge of automations using no-code or low-code platforms
Experience using Artificial Intelligence applied to productivity and process improvement
Ability to build, monitor and analyze operational metrics
Experience in fintechs, payment methods or financial operations (preferred)
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen (preferred)
SQL and Business Intelligence tools (preferred)
Experience with RPA and API integrations (preferred)
