Monitor transactions and suspicious behavior using internal systems and fraud detection tools
Conduct investigations into chargebacks, request documentation, and compile supporting evidence to dispute chargebacks
Record incidents and document evidence in internal systems
Support the creation and updating of detection rules and models
Collaborate with Risk, Sales, Product and Finance teams to continuously improve processes
Prepare periodic reports on fraud metrics
Meet analysis SLAs within the defined timeframes

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Law, or related fields)
Prior experience with data analysis or financial operations/customer service is desirable
Analytical reasoning and attention to detail
Basic Excel skills
Prior experience in fraud prevention, chargebacks, or risk at fintechs, banks, or e-commerce (desirable)
Familiarity with tools such as Konduto, ClearSale or similar (desirable)
Knowledge of operational and financial processes (desirable)
Ability to document processes and develop procedures (desirable)
