Role Overview
- Ensure stable operation of the input processing, analyze and resolve errors
- Capture complex business requirements and translate them into viable solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of central IT systems holistically
- Engage and manage external partners and enforce delivery quality
- Work in agile, cross-functional teams and bridge business stakeholders with IT
Requirements
- Degree or completed training in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field
- Several years of SAP experience, ideally in SAP CRM, CX, SD or process integration
- Knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering, as well as technical implementation skills using customizing
- Excellent German language skills; additional foreign language is a plus
