Collaborate with leadership and business areas to align priorities and technical direction.
Participate in proofs of concept (POCs), technology evaluations, and innovation initiatives.
Contribute to the design and evolution of AI-based solutions, supporting the definition of architectures, standards, and best practices for corporate use.
Contribute to the advancement of the company's technical maturity, processes, and engineering culture.
Manage technical debt and drive the continuous improvement of the platforms under your responsibility.

Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Senior Developer, or equivalent role.
Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Strong command of software engineering best practices. (Medalion)
Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of relational databases.
Development experience using Python, C#, or equivalent technologies.
Ability to make technical decisions and lead architectural discussions.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience leading medium
and high-complexity projects.
