Use your project management and organizational skills to be responsible for managing various construction projects in the commercial and institutional sectors.
Manage and execute complex programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit.
Contribute to the growth and profitability of the business.
Report directly to the Sr. Program Specialist.
Collaborate with technical teams on-site to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in building automation technologies and/or HVAC and/or in project management/site coordination in the field of construction.
Completed postsecondary degree in a relevant field of study.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Suite (namely Excel).
Capacity to travel up to 30% within the province.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in Engineering or Business Management is valued.
Previous experience in building control systems is valued.
Knowledge of security and fire alarm systems is valued.
Project Management Certification (PMP) is valued.
Bilingual fluency in French and English is valued.
Ability to proactively manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and effectively prioritize to ensure nothing is overlooked is valued.
Good organization and flexibility for managing multiple contracts is valued.
Strong focus on continuous improvement, meeting commitments, and achieving results is valued.
