HR Business Partner – Investment Platform, Portfolio Companies

Role Overview

• Ensure the effectiveness of the personnel within the business unit
• Manage staffing to ensure the right number of people in the business unit
• Foster employee engagement and retention
• Implement and enforce HR processes within the business unit
• Monitor and measure satisfaction of managers and employees

Requirements

• 4+ years of successful experience in a similar HR BP/HRD position
• Able to implement and ensure the execution of basic employee lifecycle HR processes
• Capable of managing the payroll budget, turnover, efficiency, employee engagement, and loyalty
• Motivated by development, achievement, and ideas rather than material or process-driven incentives
• Highly persistent, does not give up easily, and knows how to achieve results
• Goal-oriented, thinks in terms of numbers, facts, and figures
• Strong project management skills
• Highly stress-resistant and able to work in situations of uncertainty and multitasking
• Strong command of both Russian and English
