About this role
Role Overview
Your mission will be to act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping Zippi make people-related decisions and uphold a high standard of management, talent, and culture.
You will play an important role in:
Advisory for leaders: supporting leaders in sensitive decisions about management, structure, development, performance, and compensation, combining deep contextual knowledge, sound judgment, and business orientation.
Organizational diagnosis: anticipating, diagnosing, and structuring people-related problems using data, active listening, and an understanding of team contexts, and translating those insights into clear action plans.
Evolution of People systems: designing and improving rituals and processes that help Zippi manage, develop, and recognize people consistently, without creating unnecessary complexity.
Use of technology in People: incorporating AI, automations, and systems into how the People function operates to make processes simpler, more consistent, and scalable.
Requirements
Experience as an HRBP in a high-growth environment: solid experience as an HRBP or in an equivalent role at startups, scale-ups, fintechs, or fast-growing tech companies.
Advisory for senior leadership: experience supporting founders, C-level executives, directors, or senior leaders on sensitive management and organizational topics within cultures that demand high standards and rigorous leadership.
Analytical capability and organizational diagnosis: ability to combine data, metrics, context, and qualitative inputs to diagnose organizational issues and translate that analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
Influence and stakeholder management: ability to adapt your approach to different leadership profiles, sustain positions, and steer conversations even without formal authority.
Fluency across People systems: practical knowledge across areas such as performance, leadership, culture, development, org design, onboarding, offboarding, and people management. You don’t need to be an expert in every area, but should have sufficient repertoire and judgment to operate effectively in each.
Autonomy and builder mindset: ability to turn ambiguity into clarity, creating simple, actionable paths even in contexts that are still under development.
Excellent communication: strong writing, articulation, and clarity to build diagnoses, recommendations, and alignments with leaders in an objective, precise, and well-structured way.
Tech-first mentality: practical experience using AI, automations, systems, or tools to make processes simpler, more consistent, and scalable.
