Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor partners, building strong, long-term relationships across multiple levels—including leadership and executive stakeholders
Align vendor objectives with TD SYNNEX business priorities to drive mutual growth and market success
Lead regular business reviews and deliver presentations on product performance, profitability, and promotional outcomes
Own and monitor vendor line P&L, including revenue, gross margin, and overall profitability
Identify opportunities to improve performance through pricing strategies, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives
Develop and execute incremental funding proposals to maximize vendor investment and returns
Build accurate forecasts for vendor products and analyze trends to support demand planning and sales growth
Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve product availability
Continuously assess inventory health and recommend actions to mitigate risk and capitalize on demand
Analyze market data, customer trends, and competitive insights to uncover new business opportunities
Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making and go-to-market execution
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support revenue growth and customer acquisition
Act as the operational escalation point for vendor lines, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient execution of programs, promotions, and initiatives
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in product management, vendor management, business development, sales, or marketing (technology or microcomputer industry preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and performance metrics
Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with data, forecasting tools, and business systems
Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
Commitment to collaboration and working effectively across diverse teams and perspectives.
