Role Overview
- Design, develop, and build complex, multi-modal learning solutions aligned to defined learning strategies or architectures
- Translate approved concepts and design intent into instructionally sound, visually engaging, and learner-ready experiences
- Develop storyboards, visual designs, and interactive elements
- Leverage modern authoring tools and technologies to produce scalable, efficient outputs
- Ensure solutions are ready for enterprise deployment across LMS/LXP platforms
- Facilitate and lead SME working sessions to gather, structure, and refine content
- Translate inputs into clear, learner-centered content and development assets
- Identify and resolve content gaps or inconsistencies
- Apply advanced instructional design principles to support learning objectives
- Conduct quality assurance processes and uphold brand standards
- Collaborate with Learning Architects and Program Leads
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in learning development, instructional design application, and content creation
- Strong ability to translate defined strategies into high-quality learning experiences
- Advanced skills in visual design, storyboarding, and learner experience development
- Proven experience in leading SME content development and working sessions
- Ability to operate with autonomy while staying aligned to defined strategy and design intent
- Proficiency in modern authoring tools and enterprise learning platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10+ years of experience in learning development or related roles
- Demonstrated experience designing complex or enterprise-scale learning initiative
