About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and account documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor client satisfaction and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
Develop strategic account plans to support long-term growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of account management, customer service, sales, or related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM software is an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
