Role Overview
- Lead teams responsible for wireline network engineering, construction, implementation, optimization, and network transformation activities across a defined geography.
- Drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of fiber and network infrastructure while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of wireline network infrastructure.
- Direct large-scale engineering and construction projects and programs.
- Manage capital and expense budgets, workforce planning, and capacity management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, cycle times, efficiency, and network performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 10+ years of related experience in wireline network engineering, construction, implementation, operations, telecommunications infrastructure, or a related field.
