Role Overview
- Build and maintain close relationships with client facing Wealth Management associates
- Coach and motivate client-facing Wealth Management client facing associates to meet comprehensive goals of clients
- Collaborate with client facing leaders to develop coaching plans to influence behaviors
- Educate and coach client-facing Wealth Management associates on TIAA’s solutions
- Participate as a keynote speaker at client seminars and join client meetings for coaching
- Act as a subject matter expert in financial planning concepts
Requirements
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Work Experience
- FINRA Registrations SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
- Multiple Issuers required
