Assess and research vehicle values using multiple valuation methods
Review and analyze documents from internal and external sources related to the vehicle assessment process
Adhere to and maintain departmental standards and/or KPIs
Provide superior customer service to policyholders and ensure timely and fair claim settlements
Other duties as required

A valid AMF license as a claims adjuster
3 years of automobile insurance experience and/or 2 years of total-loss experience are considered assets
Comfortable with insurance policy wording and terminology
Demonstrated insurance experience and understanding of the field
Solid understanding of indemnity conventions and claims settlement principles
Excellent ability to provide exceptional customer service
Demonstrates strong teamwork, solid negotiation skills, and the ability to make decisions
Bilingual required: French and English, both written and spoken
Proficiency with the MS Office suite
Understanding of automotive terminology, the vehicle market, and auto damage estimates
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
