Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
Configure, enhance, and support CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
Build, test, and deploy functionality through Agile release cycles.
Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement platform enhancements and technical requirements.
Support data ingestion, normalization, and ETL processes that maintain CMDB accuracy and service visibility.
Work development stories from backlog through production deployment.
Assist with mapping relationships between infrastructure, applications, and business services.
Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM capabilities.
Ensure solutions align with established ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
