About this role
Role Overview
Provides administrative and operational leadership for strategic clinical research infrastructure initiatives within the Department of Psychiatry.
Supports regulatory coordination, reporting and analysis, education/training, and QA/QI activities related to the department’s clinical research infrastructure.
Day-to-day supervision of assigned program staff, including workload prioritization, professional development and training.
Leads development of protocols, consent workflows, data collection processes, biospecimen and biomarker workflows, and reporting structures.
Assists investigators with logistical and operational planning related to new clinical research projects.
Develops and monitors budgets related to program staffing, operations, infrastructure, and sustainability.
Develops and coordinates educational programs and standard operating procedures for program participants.
Establishes quality assurance and quality improvement processes to support protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
8 years of clinical research experience
Clinical Research and Management experience preferred.
Certifications: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC), Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Research Management (CRM), Clinical Research Professional (CRP), Registered Nurse
Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Registered Nurse
Missouri Division of Professional Registration.
