Rehab Manager

Role Overview

• Provides operational support and day-to-day coordination of rehabilitation services
• Executes established program standards, supports utilization and clinical processes
• Partners with internal teams and external providers to address service delivery needs
• Collaborates with the Rehabilitation Director and VP to implement program initiatives
• Monitors performance and ensures consistent application of rehabilitation practices
• Supports interdisciplinary care team discussions and addresses service-related issues
• Monitors documentation for completeness and alignment with regulatory requirements
• Ensures adherence to established regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Three (3) years experience in rehabilitation services or clinical operations required
• Previous experience in managed care, home health or long-term care settings preferred
• Working knowledge of rehabilitation services and healthcare delivery models
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, service authorization, and documentation standards
• Must have valid driver's license, vehicle and verifiable insurance
