Specialty Product Manager, Global Diagnostics

Role Overview

• accountable for assigned products, owning the product roadmap, vision, and strategy from cradle to grave, including budget guidance
• bring strong project leadership capabilities to coordinate cross-functional work, maintain momentum, and drive execution of roadmap priorities
• incorporate inputs from subject matter experts (SMEs) on a Cross Functional Product Team (CFPT) to define problem statements and prioritize product backlog
• lead the CFPT and sub-teams in product break-fix needs, constant maintenance, performance improvements, and delivering enhancements and innovations that create long-term customer value

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management, product development role, or equivalent industry experience
• demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
• proven ability to engage with SMEs and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• BA/BS degree in a scientific discipline or business
• MBA, DVM, PhD or other advanced degree preferred, but not required
