Strategic and content-driven redesign of our seminar program — with the aim of exciting existing target groups and sustainably attracting new ones
Continuous development of seminar content and formats, both technically and didactically, leveraging contemporary learning methods and modern media
Independently conduct selected seminars internally and externally as a competent and persuasive instructor
Build, manage and coordinate a network of external trainers, including quality assurance and collaborative partnership
Develop, produce and continuously update high-quality training materials

Completed German master craftsman qualification (Meister) or a degree in engineering (e.g., building services/utility engineering, mechanical, environmental, or electrical engineering)
Practical experience in gas and/or water leak detection, or a strong willingness to acquire expertise in this field
High social competence and an empathetic manner in dealing with people, combined with a confident presence
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to prepare complex content in a structured and understandable way
Experience delivering trainings, courses or seminars is desirable
Excellent written and spoken English for professional exchange in an international environment
Enthusiasm for creating, innovative ideas and teamwork
Willingness to travel with an activity split of approx. 60% at the Gütersloh site and 40% at on-site seminars with our corporate customers and distribution partners
