You will independently manage our internal communications channel Value Connect (MS Teams) with editorial contributions — from company news to personal milestones of our employees (new starters, anniversaries, doctoral completions, passed exams, and much more)
You design and maintain our intranet presence in Confluence — in text and visuals, with a strong sense for what truly resonates
You contribute to People & Culture projects, currently for example in developing and rolling out our corporate culture around values & behaviors
You work with modern AI tools to support your daily tasks (text generation, image creation, research)
You report directly to the VP People & Culture and bring your own ideas — and we mean it

You are studying communication, media, business administration, or a comparable discipline
You have a good feel for language, are creative, and have an eye for attractive design
You work in a structured and independent way — you actively shape your area and contribute your own ideas
You are digitally literate (Microsoft Office and Confluence are a plus — everything else you will learn with us)
You have initial experience with AI tools — or at least a genuine curiosity about them
