About this role

Join a team focused on compliance monitoring for fixed income activities
Review order and trade activity, as well as account positions
Ensure portfolios remain compliant with internal and external guidelines
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Legal & Compliance, Investment Technology Group, and Investment Operations teams to support compliance processes and resolve issues as they arise

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
Experience in financial services or a strong interest in investment management, compliance, or fixed income markets
Foundational understanding of fixed income instruments, investment vehicles, and the investment process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Eager to learn tools such as Aladdin, CRD, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Effective communicator who enjoys partnering with colleagues across different teams and levels of the organization
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys solving problems, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing ideas that improve processes and workflows
