About this role

Support compliance monitoring for fixed income activities
Help review orders, trade activity, and account positions to support portfolio compliance with internal and external guideline limits
Learn to research and escalate potential compliance issues while collaborating with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Legal & Compliance, Investment Technology Group, and Investment Operations teams

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
Interest in financial services, compliance, fixed income, investment vehicles, markets, and the investment process
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning systems such as Aladdin, CRD, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Perform
Clear communication and comfortable partnering with team members and stakeholders
Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and willing to ask questions for prioritization
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to build critical thinking skills through collaboration and hands-on learning
Highly detail-oriented with accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
Curious, adaptable, and interested in improving processes and supporting change.
