Role Overview
- Develop and maintain lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
- Listen to members’ and clients’ needs and offer them advice that fits their financial situation
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality
- Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry and market trends
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to work Monday to Friday, including one evening per week
