Role Overview
- Implement the company’s strategy for crime prevention and loss minimization
- Investigate and prevent external and internal crime, and identify potential sources of loss
- Responsible for security-related systems and analysis of information to optimize processes
- Point of contact and advisor for store management and all employees
- Provide training, education, and awareness-raising on loss prevention
- Collaborate with law enforcement and document incidents
Requirements
- High self-motivation, resilience, and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, systematic working style, honesty, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team
- Experience in the security industry, security services, police, armed forces, retail, or vocational training as a specialist in protection and security is beneficial but not required
- Career changers are welcome
- Fluent German required; additional foreign language skills desirable
