Business Development Manager – Asian Market

Role Overview

• Identify, develop and implement business strategies for the Asian region
• Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
• Coordinate deliveries and manage operational collaboration with external sales partners
• Conduct market analyses and identify new market opportunities
• Responsible for budget planning and control for business development

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field and/or several years of experience in international sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in multiple languages, including English and German)
• Strong ability to motivate, drive and develop teams
• High analytical capability and the ability to manage complex business processes in a solution-oriented manner
• Strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks and resources
