Requirements

• 5-10 years of business experience, including customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational environment
• Proven experience leading B2B sales organizations
• Strong track record of improving sales performance and execution
• Effective coaching and team development skills
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing and negotiation
• Hands-on leadership with a strategic approach to business priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management, analytical, and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in English
